With 10 years of experience in the cosmetics industry and five years in product and marketing management, she combines a passion for beauty and science with a drive to understand and anticipate market trends. Leveraging her expertise, she leads innovation initiatives and creates content showcasing how Croda’s beauty solutions address evolving consumer needs.

Graduated from the University of Hull in summer 2007 with a Masters degree in Chemistry (MChem). After leaving academia, Mike started work with Croda (Cowick Hall, Goole, UK) in the Personal Care sector working primarily within Hair Care but with some cross over into colour cosmetics and has gained 17+ years’ experience in the industry. Working now as the Research and Technology Specialist in Hair Care, Mike works on identifying new technologies and research partners to expand Croda’s hair care portfolio as well as researching new testing capabilities and methods which can be used to make new and novel claims in the hair care market.
